Who we are
This website belongs to SEGA Solutions 77 LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida. We help U.S. businesses with merchant services, card processing and POS systems. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SEGA Solutions 77 LLC.
This policy covers the personal information we collect through this website, including the quote form. If your business later applies for a merchant account, the application and the merchant agreement come with their own privacy terms.
What you send us
When you fill in the quote form, we receive what you type in:
- your name and email address
- your business name and business type
- whether the business takes cards today, and your monthly card sales, if you choose a range
- your phone number, if you give one
- your message, if you write one
- a processing statement, if you upload one (a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB)
A processing statement can show your business name and address, your sales totals, the fees you pay and part of your merchant account number. Upload it only if you are allowed to share it. You can black out anything you would rather we did not see.
What we collect automatically
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request, and it can keep these in its logs. Cloudflare also runs automated security checks on traffic to block bots and attacks.
When you send the form, we save the country Cloudflare detects from your connection with your enquiry. The form also has two simple bot checks: a hidden field that people never see, and a check on how quickly the form was sent. We do not store the results of those checks with your enquiry.
Cookies and fonts
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the site’s own code sets no cookies. The home page stores one small note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit. It holds no personal information and clears when you close the tab.
The site loads its typeface, Archivo, from Google Fonts. To send the font, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details. Google’s use of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
How we use it

We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent the form.
Who sees it
The people at SEGA Solutions 77 LLC who answer enquiries. Beyond them, we share personal information only in these cases:
- Service providers. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions for us. The email services we use to receive and answer enquiries also handle your messages. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- If your business applies for an account. Only then, and with your direction, we pass the details needed to set it up to the payment processor and sponsor bank that review the application.
- Legal requests. When the law requires it, for example a subpoena or court order, or when we need to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries (what you type into the form) are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Uploaded statements are deleted automatically 90 days after upload.
If your business becomes a client, the records of that relationship are kept for as long as the law and the merchant agreement require.
How we protect it
The site and the form use HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted on its way to us. Submissions are stored with Cloudflare, and only the people who answer enquiries can open them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers, bank passwords or Social Security numbers through the form.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Some state laws, such as California’s, give residents more rights, for example to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To ask, send a message through the contact form and say what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your email address so we know the request is yours. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already sent, we will say so here before it takes effect.
